Batman V Superman Trailer Airing During Super Bowl After All?

Warner Bros traditionally doesn't purchase Super Bowl television spots and most reports had claimed Warner Bros. hadn't purchased any spots this year as well. This meant we weren't getting a Batman v Superman spot, like many had hope for. However, hope has been rejuvenated based on a website posting.

The website, iSpot.tv, which claims to be the internet's most comprehensive database of nationally airing TV commercials, has set a "Super Bowl 2015 Batman v Superman Trailer" placeholder.

Keep in mind, that doesn't mean it will definitely happen, but it also can't be completely ruled out. Space could have opened up because some ads were bumped because they didn't meet the NFL's guidelines. Also, not all television spots are officially disclosed before kickoff to keep the element of surprise. This could be the case with Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice. Or, we got our hopes up for nothing. We shall see.
