According to The Wrap, director Bryan Singer has cast Ben Hardy in 20th Century Fox's upcoming comic book movie, X-Men: Apocalypse.
The Wrap doesn't know who Hardy will be playing the film but did describe it as "a key, as-yet-undisclosed role." At one time, Hardy was rumored to be in the running for a young Cyclops, but that part eventually went to Tye Sheridan ("Mud").
24-year-old British actor is best known for playing Peter Beale in the long-running BBC soap opera EastEnders.
X-MEN story LITERALLY says that insiders DENY Ben Hardy is playing Angel. Yes, that was the initial tip. Just saying... grain of salt, etc.
