Rainbow Six: Siege Release Date, 'Vegas' Ports Announced

Rainbow Six: Siege is coming to the Xbox One (and other platforms) on October 13, 2015. The game, which features the classic Rainbow Six model of Agents versus Terrorists, displayed a new trailer at the Microsoft Xbox presentation at E3 2015, but the real news was what Xbox One gamers will score with the game. Thanks to Microsoft's just-announced Backwards Compatibility with Xbox 360 games, Siege will include Rainbow Six: Vegas and the sequel Rainbow Six Vegas 2 as downloadable Xbox 360 games for no additional cost.

Ubisoft's Tom Clancy line will expand with the upcoming The Division, which also gets an Xbox One exclusive beta this fall. The game, announced at E3 2013, is currently scheduled for a nebulous 2016 release.
