The Rat Jared Leto Gifted To Margot Robbie Is Now With Guillermo del Toro

Jared Leto has adopted the Method style of acting for his role in David Ayer's Suicide Squad. To fully commit to The Joker role he gifted Margot Robbie, who is playing Harley Quinn, a live-rat. What happened to that rat?

"I did adopt the rat for a week, at one point. It's bounce from house to house," Courtney told Collider while promoting Terminator Genisys. "Do you know where the house is right now? The owner of that rat—The Joker gave to Harley Quinn—is now living with Guillermo del Toro."

That's right, Guillermo del Toro has given the famous rodent a permanent home. "The rat is living with us in Toronto and he, and his massive ballsack, provide the house with great cheer and joy!," del Toro informed Collider. when they reached out to the Hellboy and Pacific Rim director. "We have re-named him Venustiano."
