Cosplayer Proposes To Girlfriend At Wizard World Chicago

How about a heartwarming story to help make the day a little better? In a strange turn of events: Thor and Loki are now engaged... Sort of.

To kick off the Firefly panel with Nathan Fillion, Adam Baldwin, and Summer Glau at Wizard World Chicago on Saturday, one convention attendee had a big surprise for his girlfriend. Before the panel started, panel moderator Aaron Sagers informed Fillion, Baldwin, and Glau of the cosplayer's proposal plan backstage and started the panel by going straight to "audience questions." The young man dressed as Loki was introduced by a friend dressed as Captain America, and the big question (which wasn't for the panel, at all!) followed.

She said "Yes"! Looks like Loki and Thor are getting along pretty well, but the best part of the video may be Baldwin's advice, "Happy wife, happy life!" Hopefully this made everybody a little bit happier today!
