In Marvel’s Ant-Man, Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) finally tells his daughter Hope (Evangeline Lilly) what happened to her mother. We see a flashback scene in which Hank is wearing his Ant-Man suit and Hope’s mother Janet is wearing the Wasp costume, which you can see in the concept art. While trying to stop a missile headed toward the U.S., Janet went sub-atomic.

Check out the concept art below.

Marvel’s Ant-Man – Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

The sequel, Ant-Man and The Wasp, will arrive in theaters July 6, 2018.
