Everyone is anxious at this point for Star Wars: The Force Awakens tickets to go on sale. Despite general industry agreement that they'll actually go on sale Monday night after the trailer debut during ESPN's Monday Night Football, it seems Moviefone is more ready than some movie sites. If you search for the movie there, you'll find some opening night movie times already posted.

Regal and UA Theaters have their times listed, and depending on the theater you should have plenty of chances to see the movie on December 17, 2015, the night before the official release date of the film. The Regal in Union Square in NYC, for example, has 8, 10, and 11:30pm times listed for 2D, and 7, 9, and 11pm listed for 3D, seemingly foregoing the traditionally "early" midnight show entirely, unless those times wind up showing up on the December 18th listings. UA Court Street in Brooklyn seems to have pushed all other movies out on December 17, with ten showtimes for The Force Awakens listed.

Now, don't go running to Moviefone just yet; if you actually click on one of those times, it doesn't bring you to a purchase page, instead shifting you to Fandango's Now Playing page.

Still, if you want to virtually line up for tickets now, and Regal or UA are your preferred theater chains, well, go put on your Jedi robes or grab your bucket, open that tab, and commence the nervous shaking.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens officially opens December 18, 2015.
