Arrow's Emily Bett Rickards Dresses As Sailor Moon For Halloween

Colton Haynes wasn't the only Arrow star to go all out for Halloween. His best buddy and former costar Emily Bett Rickards looked smoaking hot as... Sailor Moon!!!

Last year she celebrated the holiday dressed as an astronaut, but this costume sends her into anothe orbit. Sailor Moon is the title character from Naoko Takeuchi's popular shojo manga series. Rickards spent her evening with Haynes (as Ursula from The Little Mermaid), Ally Maki (as Sia from Chandelier music video), and Fanta Sesay (as Street Fighter's Chun-Li).
