Ryan Reynolds is hosting a twitter Q&A today, where he's responding to questions with short video answers. One fan, who probably has liked Deadpool and Spider-Man's interactions either in comics or animated form, asked if he could imagine doing something with Spider-Man.

Well, his answer was pretty typically Ryan Reynolds/Deadpool, but he did say yes.

The actor went pretty literal with his response, saying yes, he could imagine, then proceeding to look around the room, as if imagining it.

A Sony/Marvel/Fox team-up, however, is fairly hard to imagine. Nevermind the fact that the new Spider-Man, played by Tom Holland, is specifically being aimed younger, and played as a high schooler, so the R-rated Deadpool would be difficult to crossover, the idea of not just two but three approving studios combining for such a feat would be unheard of. With Spidey now officially in a rights sharing program under Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios, 20th Century Fox would have to agree with both to get Deadpool and Spidey on screen together.

Maybe in a sequel we'll get a one-liner about sticky webs or the comic book gag where someone on the street calls Deadpool "Spidey," but that's probably the most we can imagine.

Deadpool is in theaters February 12, 2016.
