Even though Chris Pratt and Jennifer Lawrence's Passengers got raked over the coals by film critics — receiving a paltry 17% rating from top critics on Rotten Tomatoes — analysts projected the film to gross $55 million over its first six days of release. However, it opened on Wednesday and has struggled so much since then that analysts lowered their projections to $26.1 million. On top of that, those that went to go see it only gave it a 'B' CinemaScore, so it won't receive any word-of-mouth bump.
With that out of the way, let's take a look at the latest video in Aldo Jones's awesomely zany "Weird Trailers" series. This time, the very talented Italian video editor has spiced up the original Passengers trailer by distorting Pratt and Lawrence's attractive mugs and randomly inserting shots of Jack Black.
