Spoilers incoming for Spider-Man: Homecoming, so if you haven’t seen it yet you’ve been warned.

Connelly appears in the film under the official title of “Karen/Suit Lady”, as she is the voice of the A.I. housed in Spider-Man’s upgraded suit. There’s a sequence where Peter is stuck in a Damage Inc. facility overnight, and he passes the time by talking to Connelly’s helpful A.I.

She first comes into play about midway through the film. Peter is able to remove the suit’s tracker so Tony Stark can’t know his whereabouts. Ned then discovers that the suit is in “training wheels” mode, which Peter has him deactivate. That gives him full access to the suit’s true capabilities, including Connelly’s A.I.
