San Diego Comic-Con 2017 is getting ready to kick-off next week, and Marvel fans are excited for the hot new footage that Marvel Studios will unveil during the convention. Every step of Infinity War‘s production has been scrutinized and watched by Marvel fans all over the world, but the time of set photos, set videos, and behind-the-scenes teasers has officially come to an end, as Avengers: Infinity War has now officially wrapped production.
Infinity War directors The Russo Brothers have been steadily feeding Marvel fans teaser photos from the set of their monumental MCU crossover film – making it only fitting that they should comemerate the end of production with yet another photo, shared on their Instagram page:
The two comedic filmmakers (see: their work on Community and Arrested Development) create a nice little pun with their “One Down” caption to the photo, which shows one of the brothers laid out on the ground between trailers.
The joke, of course, is that all of their hard work wrangling together all of these big movie stars and coordinating one of the biggest blockbuster movie productions ever, is just the first part of their challenge. Up next will be Avengers: Infinity War – Part II, which will only be more complicated to plan and shoot, as MCU actors are only getting more popular by the day, and the scheduling demands more hectic.
Keep a look out during San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday evening (PST) July 22nd, when Marvel Studios will unveil the first footage from Infinity War
