Kingsman: The Golden Circle Character Posters and SDCC Plans Revealed

Kingsman: The Secret Service came out of comic book obscurity to become one of the more popular and fun comic book movie adaptations of the last few years – as well as being a much-needed shot in the arm for the spy movie genre. With director Matthew Vaughn returning for the sequel, Kingsman: The Golden Circle with a bigger budget, an all-star cast, some big story twists, and the promise of a much crazier spy-action experience, fans are not surprisingly thrilled to see Kingsman 2 hit theaters this fall.

The 2017 San Diego Comic-Con kicks off this week (keep an eye for our coverage, HERE), and Kingsman: The Golden Circle is shaping up to be one of the biggest movie panels at the convention – a fact that 20th Century Fox is hyping with a new announcement video, and some new character posters that highlight the wild and crazy characters this top-tier cast of stars will play in the film.

SYNOPSIS: “When the Kingsman headquarters are destroyed and the world is held hostage, their journey leads them to the discovery of an allied spy organization in the US called Statesman, dating back to the day they were both founded. In a new adventure that tests their agents’ strength and wits to the limit, these two elite secret organizations band together to defeat a ruthless common enemy, in order to save the world, something that’s becoming a bit of a habit for Eggsy…”

Kingsman: The Golden Circle is inspired by the comic book series The Secret Service by Mark Millar and Dave Gibbons. Directed by Matthew Vaughn, Kingsman: The Golden Circle stars Colin Firth, Julianne Moore, Taron Egerton, Mark Strong, Halle Berry, Elton John, Channing Tatum, and Jeff Bridges.
