Watchmen's Carla Gugino Wants To Play Another DC Comics Character

Actress Carla Gugino wants a real shot at the DC Universe.
Though she's played Silk Spectre/ Sally Jupiter in DC's Watchmen, the film adaptation of Alan Moore's self-contained graphic novel, Gugino is ready to take her superhero career to the next level by playing a DC Comics character.
As Gugino revealed in a recent interview for her new movie, San Andreas, she has a strong desire to tackle another comic book film, especially if Watchmen director and frequent collaborator Zack Snyder is involved.
"DC needs to be the next on my list," she told Digital Spy.
Since Snyder is overseeing the DC Cinematic Universe with Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice, and Justice League Part 1 & Part 2, the probability seems pretty high. In fact, Gugino has dabbled ever-so-slightly in DC Comics lore. She was the voice of the Kryptonian Service Robot, Kelor, in Snyder's Man of Steel.
You can watch Gugino's entire conversation below.
