Dragon Ball Super episode 120 had another big showdown in the final rounds of the Tournament of Power, as Universe 3 merged 3 of its robot fighters into a more Megazord, that the Universe 7 team had to contend with. While this may not have been the most epic battle we’ve seen in the tournament, it did have one particularly nice moment: an extremely rare (but enjoyable) instance of Goku and Gohan tag-teaming in battle!

This father-son tag-team moment became a Saiyan three-way when Vegeta jumped in; the trio managed to defeat Universe 3’s combined mech, Kochiarator, by having Goku and Vegeta distract with a Kamehameha and Galick Gun attack, while Gohan showed off why he’s a top fighter by launching a massively powerful Kamehameha blast of his own.

While it was a cool fight sequence, all the power from the three Saiyans was ultimately ineffective; Kochiarator manages to avoid ring-out, and Universe 3 mastermind Paparoni has just revealed that an even more powerful form, as he will combine with the robot warriors to create the massive “Aniraza” in the next episode. Get a preview of that big fight in the video above!
