Abigail Mahoney-Cloutier is a writer for comicbook.com and a lifelong fan of comics, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, indie animation, Supernatural, cryptids, mythology and overall nerd culture. She graduated from University of New Mexico in 2026 with her Bachelor’s in Anthropology with a minor in Medieval Studies, is a member of the Society for Creative Anachronism, and has presented at the Southwest Popular and American Culture Association’s annual conference on folkloric parallels in Supernatural. When not writing, she can be found honing her skills in historical handicrafts.
