A full-time writer born and raised in Lizzie Borden’s hometown of Fall River, Massachusetts, Matt has been covering video games, film, television, tech, and theme parks for over 20 years. In addition to contributing to ComicBook, Matt has written for more than 100 outlets, including IGN, Entertainment Weekly, GameSpot, Kotaku, The Hollywood Reporter, StarWars.com, Polygon, Netflix Tudum, Rotten Tomatoes, Business Insider, and TechRadar.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Matt got his start in gaming as a quality assurance analyst, working in the early aughts for EA, LucasArts, Eidos and Irrational Games. When not behind a keyboard or gamepad, Matt can probably be found in the basement of a haunted asylum hoarding all the med-kits, ammo crates and canned goods.
