After a whirlwind week, where Megan Fox offered fans a look inside her Star Wars obsession, the former Jonah Hex and Transformers star has abruptly quit Twitter. Megan Fox joined Twitter soon after an Internet death hoax involving the actress circulated on the popular social media site. Many in the press speculated that Fox was joining to prove that she was still alive and to be able to quickly put an end to any other hoaxes that might arise. In a statement posted to Facebook, Megan Fox explained her decision to quit Twitter. Megan Fox wrote, "Some of you may, or may not have noticed by now that my Twitter account has been shut down...I thought that 2013 might be the year that I finally blossomed into a social networking butterfly... but as it turns out I still hate it. Love you guys but I will just never be that girl. Facebook is as much as I can handle. #I'm Sorry." With Megan Fox's departure from Twitter, her 265,000+ followers are left with only a week of tweets, which included photos of Megan Fox's life size R2D2 and her Boba Fett coaster collection. Who knows what future Star Wars related tweets fans might have been in store had the actress not become overwhelmed?
