Transformers 4 Plot Details Revealed

Some minor plot details for Transformers 4 have surfaced online thanks to the Michigan Film Office. In an announcement about Transformers 4 receiving a film incentive to shoot in Michigan, the following synopsis for Transformers 4 was revealed. [Plot synopsis removed by request.] Despite earlier reports that Transformers 4 would shoot in China, the Michigan Film Office is certainly making it sound like most of the film will shoot in Michigan. The film incentive awarded was $20 million on $81,933,992 of projected in-state expenditures in Michigan. Of course, maybe there might be just enough Chinese filming to ensure the film gets released in China. Transformers 4 is expected to start filming this spring in metro Detroit. Transformers 4 is the third film in the series to use Detroit as a backdrop. The first Transformers, released in 2007, and Transformers: Dark of the Moon, released in 2011, also filmed in metro Detroit.
