Man Of Steel Trailer Shows LexCorp Building

There have been a number of rumors suggesting that Lex Luthor might play a role in Man Of Steel, but nothing had ever been confirmed one way of the other by those connected to the movie. In fact, Man Of Steel Writer David S. Goyer made a buzz-generating comment about how no one had ever confirmed that Lex Luthor wasn't in Man Of Steel. Well, with the third Man Of Steel trailer released today, fans now have confirmation that Lex Luthor will play a role in the Man Of Steel. At the two minute and seventeen second mark in the Man Of Steel trailer, there is a shot of the LexCorp building. Of course, we still don't know how large a role Lex Luthor will play in Man Of Steel or if he will even be shown in the movie. However, the presence of the LexCorp building at least confirms Lex Luthor exists in the Man Of Steel world, and he must be a rather successful businessman to have his own building. Man Of Steel is scheduled to be released in movie theaters in the United States on June 14, 2013.
