Beast X-Men Days of Future Past

Since X-Men: Days Of Future Past is based on a popular comic book storyline by writer Chris Claremont, the basic plot premise is already known. But how closely will director Bryan Singer follow the comic book storyline? If you don't want to be spoiled, then stop reading now, because some plot spoilers have leaked online. According to Vulture, there will be a big difference in the movie plot and the comic book storyline. Instead of Kitty Pryde sending her consciousness back in time like in the comics, Kitty will use her powers to send Hugh Jackman's Wolverine back into the past. Unfortunately, something goes wrong involving Kitty in the present, which traps Wolverine in the past. The other X-Men have to struggle to find a mutant who can siphon Kitty's powers in order to bring Wolverine back to the future. Of course, it just so happens that the mutant Rogue has power-siphoning abilities. Vulture also confirms that X-men: Days Of Future Past will be part of 20th Century Fox's mystery panel, which was already confirmed by both Comicbook.com and X-Men: Days Of Future Past director Bryan Singer. We had also heard rumors that virtually all of the major players in the X-Men: Days Of Future Past cast would be present at the panel, and Vulture confirms over a dozen cast members will be in San Diego. In addition, Vulture confirmed that Peter Dinklage will be playing Bolivar Trask, which pretty much everyone had guessed. In a surprise though, Australian actor Josh Helman has been confirmed to be playing a young Bill Stryker. X-Men Days Of Future Past is scheduled to be released in movie theaters on May 23, 2014.
