Terminus Fact From Talking Dead

On tonight’s Talking Dead, it should come as no surprise that a trivia fact was offered up for the mysterious location known as Terminus.The Walking Dead has been teasing Terminus for most of the second half of Season 4. At the end of tonight’s “Us” episode, Glenn and Maggie’s combined group finally arrived at Terminus, where they were greeted by a woman named Mary.

In the 1830’s, Terminus was the name of a settlement at the end of the Western and Atlantic Railroad line. That settlement is now known as Atlanta.

Of course, based on the maps that have been revealed on the show, The Walking Dead’s Terminus appears to be located in the city of Macon in Bibb county, Georgia.
