“Let’s just say hypothetically that I came up with an excellent idea for another t-shirt campaign,” Amell said. “I did — that’s the clear part of this message. And let’s just say that you had a cause that’s near and dear to your heart. Something similar to F–k Cancer, something that maybe deals with kids.”
He called on fans to give him ideas for charities he can work with, as well as offering help to anyone with ties to the children’s hospital in Toronto help “to put a face to a very large entity such as sick kids.”
