The Cosby Show producer and best-selling author, Adriana Trigiani, recently teamed up with acclaimed actress Ashley Judd, for a little movie with big heart: Big Stone Gap.
The film follows Judd’s character, adapted from Trigiani’s Big Stone Gap novel, as she looks for love in all the wrong places and solves a family mystery along the way. We had the chance to catch up with the duo in Nashville this week. Of course, we started our discussion by bringing out Trigiani and Judd’s geek sides before diving into their passion for making Big Stone Gap. Watch below!

Both admitted to loving Lynda Carter’s Wonder Woman growing up, Judd wasn’t ashamed to admit her crush on Burt Ward’s portrayal of Robin in the 1966 Batman TV show! “He was cute!” she said. “There was something soft about him and a little bit more accessible than Batman.”
“We would have gave him a part,” Trgiani joked about putting Ward in Big Stone Gap, to which Judd joked back, “If that happened we’d be having a very different conversation right now. We could be talking about my honeymoon!”
As for whether or not Trigiani would want to direct a super hero film, “If Ashley [Judd] would do it I would do it,” she said. Judd says it would have to be Wonder Woman.
Big Stone Gap is now playing in theaters.
