Black Widow Has Significant Presence In New Civil War Toy Lines

After months of not being able to find Black Widow related merchandise when Avengers: Age of Ultron hit, the companies behind the new Captain America: Civil War toylines are not making the same mistake again. Companies like Hasbro were raked over the coals (rightfully so mind you) for excluding female characters from its lines, but with Civil War Black Widow is getting some well-deserved spotlight.

The biggest offender last time around was the aforementioned Hasbro, who is making sure they have enough offerings to meet demand. Widow shows up not only in their 3.75-inch line, but also in their 12′ inch action figure series. Hasbro is also featuring her in their Super Hero Mashers line in an assortment pack with the Hulk and Ultron, as well as in a Super Hero Adventures Figure 2-Pack. Outside of Hasbro, Mattel is giving Natasha her very own ride with their Hot Wheels character car, and Disney is featuring her in one of their PVC Figure play sets alongside the rest of the team.

If Lego is more your style, you’ll love the Crossbones Hazard Heist set that comes complete with her motorcycle and has Falcon along for the ride. Funko isn’t missing out on the action this time either, with Black Widow POP’s, Dorbz, and Mopeez set for release. If you like your Marvel characters more spud like, you can grab PPW Toy’s Black Widow Mrs. Potato Head to adorn your shelf.

Last but not least, Her Universe debuted an Avengers-centric clothing line that heavily features Widow, and if you want to take it even further, you can get your own Black Widow batons from Entertainment Earth.

There is no escaping Black Widow, and all I can say is it’s about time.
