An artist has created a series of illustrations depicting the evolutions of various Pokemon as stacking dolls (with the outside as the Pokeball), which seems like something somebody should have thought of a long time ago.
The burst of genius comes from illustrator and designer Michael Myers, also known as Drawsgood, via Design Taxi. On his site you can also see a wide variety of other cool pop culture illustrations, from pirates and orcs to monsters and Star-Lord.
