A year ago, professional artist Mauricio Abril released “Poor Spidey,” which showed Spidey being pulled away from the fun-filled Avengers by a corporate executive. It captured the frustration Marvel fans had felt like no other piece of artwork had before.
Thankfully, Sony and Marvel worked out their differences and now Spider-Man is joining Marvel’s prosperous cinematic universe. That news has led Mauricio to create a follow-up piece, “Spidey Reunited,” to mark the joyous moment.
