It’s on like Donkey Kong! To begin the month of March, Marvel released a new trailer for Joss Whedon’s Avengers: Age Of Ultron. It had 35 million views in 24 hours. That set a new record for the amount of views that a trailer had received in one day. But did the new trailer for Adam Sandler’s Pixels top that?

Sony released the first trailer for Pixels on Tuesday and within 24 hours it had received 34.3 million views. It is a new record for a Sony trailer, topping Marc Webb’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
If trailer views translated into box office success it could mean The Hulk, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Iron Man, Captain America, The Vision, Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver will have to battle Pac-Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong and Qbert for the summer box office crown.
Avengers: Age Of Ultron arrives in theaters May 1, 2015 and Pixels will arrive July 24, 2015.
