Green Street Hooligans’ Lexi Alexander To Direct An Arrow Episode

Director Lexi Alexander has revealed via Twitter that she will helm an episode of CW’s Arrow in its upcoming fourth season.

Earlier today, Lexi Alexander was asked if she had been contacted by Marvel Studios to direct any of their upcoming Netflix shows. She replied, “They have not. But I’m excited to direct Arrow in August.”

Alexander is best known for directing the testosterone-fueled drama Green Street Hooligans (2005) and the 2008 comic book adaptation Punisher: War Zone.

The former World Karate and Kickboxing Champion should feel at home working with the Starling City vigilantes, but let’s just see how she handles the mushy Olicity scenes.

Arrow’s season four premiere will air this fall on the CW.
