Iris West’s Mom Returns In New The Flash: Family Of Rogues Trailer

In a preview for tonight’s episode of The Flash, Iris West returns.

The preview explores the repercussions of Mama West’s attempted return to Iris’s life after so many years of Joe West lying to her, saying her mother is dead. The Flash executive producer, Gabrielle Stanton, narrates a bit more of what we can expect in the episode, as well, such as Captain Cold and his father interacting for the first time on screen.

Candice Patton said at Wizard World Nashville she has already filmed scenes with Vanessa Williams, who plays Mama West.

Whether those scenes were for the Family of Rogues episode or not, is still unknown. Best guess: they’ll meet by the end of the episode.

The Flash airs Tuesdays a 8 PM ET on CW.
