Taking to Instagram, Jason uploaded a photo of the logo for Valiant Comics without any explanation. Fans have flooded the post’s comments to speculate on what the most may mean, and the rumors have only grown as the official Valiant Twitter has fanned their flames. @ValiantComics recently published two tweets: one which contains a screenshot of Jason’s mysterious post while the other is a retweet from Dinesh Shamdasani’s profile. As the CEO and Chief Creative Officer at Valiant Comics, Dinesh also tweeted out a screenshot of Jason’s post.

So, what could these posts mean? While nothing is official, fans are speculating the updates all have to do with Jason’s possible involvement with Valiant’s upcoming film releases of Bloodshot and Harbinger.

Just over a year ago, it was announced that Valiant had signed a five-picture movie deal with Sony Pictures to adapt two of the company’s comics into films. With the projects slated to release in 2017, Valiant revealed it had received a generous nine-figure investment from an unknown source to help the company compete against competition from other comic houses like Marvel and DC Comics.

As Jason is known as an action-driven actor who’s capable of creating stunts, fans are wondering if Jason is signing on to the film as an actor or stunt coordinator. Fans are also curious as to whether the actor is up for the lead role in Bloodshot. With Jeff Wadlow (Kick-Ass 2) and Eric Heisserer on the film’s script, Bloodshot is one of Valiant’s fan-favorite characters as the character is a former soldier whose been technologically modified to wield regeneration and meta-morphing powers. The character’s titular comics is one of Valiant’s most popular titles, and given the character’s fighting skills, fans believe Jason might have a role in the anti-hero.

Still, other fans think that Jason’s involvement with Valiant may overlook the company’s film plans. As a known comic book fan, Jason might be joining with Valiant to work on potential comics, push the brand as an ambassador, or even expand Valiant’s fanbase by speaking about their stories during his appearances at comic cons. There is also the possibility that Jason might be partnering with Valiant to produce video content for them as the actor currently hosts a popular reality TV show on Youtube which is now allegedly being scouted by a major network.

While Jason and Valiant Comics are keeping mum on whatever Jason’s involvement will be, fans are already running with the rumors and hoping their nostalgic love of Power Rangers will morph into new enjoyment for a brand-new Valiant project.
