Snorlax is a homewrecker…literally. Well, that’s not altogether fair, as it took three giant Snorlaxes to upset the status quo.

A husband living in Singapore known as featherlit on Carousell recently posted three giant sized Snorlaxes up for sale (via OddityCentral). The reason for the sales push is that he mistakenly thought they were miniature sized Pokemon, which he was buying as a gift for his wife. It turns out she is a fan of Pokemon GO, and on many occasions referenced how “cute and dumb” Snorlax always appeared.
Unfortunately, the kind gesture backfired as each Snorlax is about 1.5 meters tall. Put three of them together and it’s a pretty packed house. When featherlit’s wife discovered the plush intruders she was rather livid, and so he put them up for sale and said “Please please…guys…buy them away before she divorces me…I will be glad to transport it to your place.”
It turns out many empathized with his plight, and users replied to the add with various offers to help. “In order to salvage your (sic) marriage and your (sic) willingness to let go at an (sic) unacceptable price, I sacrifice myself and my room for u. Bro,” one user replied. “If nobody is buying from you and your wife is one foot out of the door, I am willing to give up half my room space for one of these,” another posted.
Each one was going for about $180 USD, and luckily for featherlit all three ended up selling. Afterwards, he posted a thank you. “Hey guys, Snorlax has been sold…thanks everyone!”
