For Quicksilver’s (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) super-speed, Marvel went through a very large number of testing and looks so that they could feel it was organic. They looked at various blurs and trails and feel like the blue-streak trailer they went with was simple yet sophisticated.

As for Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), director Joss Whedon said, “We took her power and said, ‘Okay, she’s got telekinesis, she can move things, she can have a little bit of energy kind of shielding or pushing, and she can get inside your head and tweak it so that all your worst fears are going to come forward.’”

Check out the featurette in the video below.

The epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to the Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.

Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron coming to 3D Digital and Digital HD on September 8 and to 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD, Digital SD and VOD on October 2!
