What’s curious is that this isn’t the first tweet we’ve seen deleted from the @Daredevil account recently; yesterday afternoon, there was briefly an inexplicable GIF with a white brunette woman’s face with bits of red appearing over her face. It wasn’t clear whether it was meant to be a Daredevil image, but didn’t look like any of the major female actors in the series.
Shortly before Jon Bernthal was announced to play Frank Castle in Marvel’s Daredevil Season Two, both the @Daredevil and @Marvel accounts tweeted the announcement early.
The series was a major hit for Netflix and Marvel’s best reviews since Guardians of the Galaxy. A second season was ordered and is expected in Spring 2016.
