After a long hiatus, the Firefly Cargo Crate is returning from Loot Crate, and they’ve done a mighty good thing with this here box of goodies. Loot Crate decided the next Firefly Cargo Crate would focus on the character of Shepherd Book, played by actor Ron Glass, several months ago. With the actor’s passing in November, the planned Cargo Crate can now also be looked at as a tribute to him and his character.

Some might say Shepherd Book is the best man of the bunch, though he has a past of his own. This new Firefly Cargo Crate is called “The Worthier Part,” a callout to one of his most quotable lines. When asked why he doesn’t care where he’s going, Book replies, “‘Cause how you get there is the worthier part.’”
The new Firefly Cargo Crate features an exclusive “Little Damn Heroes” figure of Shepherd Book, standing stoic with his hands clasped behind his back and a stern, slightly disapproving look on his face. It’s like he knows you’ve been up to no good – in other words, perfect. It will also have a T-shirt and other Book-themed collectibles.
