The season premiere, according to casting news that broke yesterday, will feature Constantine villain Peter Stormare as a new Count Vertigo. In the flashbacks, Oliver Queen will meet up with Amanda Waller’s Hong Kong network, including Maseo Yamashiro and Tatsu Yamashiro, the woman who will eventually become the superhero Katana.
