The Walking Dead: All-Out War All-Pencil Edition Hardcover Details, Cover Revealed

It will be the first time that the whole story is collected in full, and will be published in October — likely just in time for a nice volume that’s exclusive to New York Comic Con.

Collects THE WALKING DEAD #115-126.

Adlard generally pencils and inks The Walking Dead, but during All-Out War, the book shipped twice monthly, followed by an oversized issue the month after the storyline completed. As a result, they had to take on an inker for Adlard in order to keep the book on schedule. The all-pencil edition, then, is the closest thing to Adlard’s “normal” look on the book that fans are likely to get unless and until someday All-Out War is re-inked by Adlard for some reason.

The book is due in stores on October 1 and retails for $34.99.
