The Walking Dead Season 5: More Cast Photos And Info On Gabriel Stokes And Gareth

Earlier this week, AMC released a series of images, and these new ones are part of the same batch.

The photos (except for Father Gabriel’s) have a common theme, which seems to be that a little light can occasionally shine through in the dark, dark world of The Walking Dead. Of course, the light might sometimes just be shining through bullet holes in a wall.

You can check out the images — shared here along with the official character descriptions from the AMC site — below. We’ve omitted the six primary leads whose pictures were already shared.

And we’ll start with those mysterious, new characters…!

The addition of the rest of the cast, including villain Gareth, to the mix pretty much eliminates the fan speculation we noted in our first story that those pictured were “safe” for now.

The Walking Dead returns on October 12 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on AMC with a new episode titled “No Sanctuary.”
