The Walking Dead’s Homage To An American Werewolf In London

In last Sunday’s mid-season premiere of The Walking Dead, the show paid homage to the cult classic horror/comedy film An American Werewolf in London.If you pay close attention, you might notice that one of the walkers in the forest bears a striking resemblance to the reanimated Jack from An American Werewolf in London.In An American Werewolf in London, Jack and his friend, David, are attacked by a werewolf while traveling through the United Kingdom. Jack is killed, but returns as a reanimated corpse to warn David that he is now a werewolf. Jack continues to haunt David, since he can’t rest until the bloodline of the werewolf who killed him is ended.The Walking Dead airs Sunday nights on AMC.
