Tonight’s episode of The Walking Dead took horrible onscreen deaths to a whole new level, when one of our recurring characters was torn literally to pieces before viewers’ (and Glenn’s) very eyes.

On Talking Dead tonight, they had a look behind the scenes of that sequence, and here we’ve put together the series of still images they displayed from the episode — and some that we created ourselves — in one of the more gruesome galleries we’ve ever assembled.
