Al Yankovic has signed on as the titular character in Disney XD’s upcoming Milo Murphy’s Law, a new series from the creators of Phineas and Ferb. The show will launch in Fall 2016. Yankovic won’t just voice the character, though, he’ll also be providing some soundtrack in the form of the opening song and original songs as Milo. The casting was announced Thursday in a press release from Disney.

Milo Murphy’s Law features the character Milo Murphy, who embodies the law that “anything bad that can happen, will” as the great-great-great-great grandson of the inventor of the law, but tries to make the best of those bad situations. It’s Dan Povenmire and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh’s new series for the channel, after their hit Phineas and Ferb ended last year. Producer/director Robert F. Hughes, story editor Scott Peterson, and staff writers Joshua Pruett, Dani Vetere, and Martin Olson all also make the jump from one series to the other.

Sabrina Carpenter (Girl Meets World) and Mekai Curtis (Kirby Buckets) voice Milo’s best friends Melissa Chase and Zack Underwood. Christian Slater, Vanessa Williams, Sarah Chalke, Jemaine Clement, Mackenzie Phillips, Vincent Martella, Diedrich Bader, Kate Micucci, Dee Bradley Baker, Kevin Michael Richardson and more lead the rest of the all-star voice acting cast.
