Heroes are only as good as their villains, and the Flash’s impressive rogues gallery rivals Batman’s. That assembly of villains includes Eobard Thawne, known as Professor Zoom or the Reverse Flash, arguably the greatest Flash villain ever created.
For a villain that high on the totem pole, he should have a Cosplay to match, and It’s Raining Neon answered the call in a spectacular fashion. The suit is more armored than the sleeker bodysuits the character wears in the TV show and in the comics, but still features the bright yellow and red accented color scheme seen in the books. The mesh in between the armor plates are all black with gray lined patches on the thigh, and the cowl features red lighting bolts on either side, each one sparking with the speed force. She even rocks some red contacts to complete the look.

The costume was made by Neon (real name DeAnna Davis), who is also responsible for the photography and editing. It would be impressive doing just one of those, but Davis is just a natural overachiever.

As for Thawne, the character has gained even more popularity thanks to Matt Letscher’s portrayal of him in The Flash CW series. Fans will next see him as part of the CW’s DC Universe Legion of Doom alongside Malcolm Merlyn, Damien Darhk, and Captain Cold, another one of The Flash’s iconic villains.
