The Flash executive producer Aaron Helbing, who has been on the series since the first season, will not continue on to season 4.
His brother, Todd Helbing, will continue on as executive producer.

The Helbings have been the public face of The Flash for much of seasons 2 and 3, appearing at screenings and doing Comic Con International interviews on behalf of the series. As co-showrunners, the pair have been involved with writing most of the key episodes in the last two years, including tomorrow’s season finale, “Finish Line.”
Fan speculation picked up after Todd Helbing was named without his brother in the official synopsis for season 4, released as part of The CW‘s schedule for the 2017-2018 season. ComicBook.com has confirmed that Aaron Helbing is out, although we have no further details.
Before coming to The Flash, Helbing had worked as a script coordinator on Smallville, but was best known for his work on Black Sails and Spartacus.

Wells (Tom Cavanaugh) — Barry continues to protect the people of Central City from the meta-humans that threaten it.
