At long last, the Honest Trailers take on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has arrived. It's everything you'd hope it would be, pointing out the huge disparity between critical and fan reception, the high level of violence, the scowling of Superman, and the fact that, well, Batman and Wonder Woman are actually pretty cool.

Some personal favorite moments include suggesting Superman go on "Carpool Karaoke" on The Late Late Show with James Corden and sing the Five for Fighting Superman song, and their description of Ben Affleck's Batman:

"Ben Affleck shines as Batman, who's one part Crossfit bro, one part Superman, one part Tony Stark, one part Arkham videogame, and one part actual bat? Thrill as the World's Greatest Detective finally gets to do some actual detective work, as the actor we all assumed would be the worst part of this movie is by far the best part of this movie!"

"Also everything Wonder Woman did was really cool. Sorry if that's kinda tacked on, but so was she."

Perfect. Check out the whole trailer above for much more hilarity (Yeah, Clark Kent is pretty awful at his job as journalist if he doesn't know who the billionaire owner of Wayne Enterprises, a company headquartered in the twin cities he lives in), and of course their signature "honest credits," which included their honest title (above) that will probably make you do a spit take, no matter which side of the debate you fall on.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice extended edition is out on Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital HD now.
