Except for a brief and justifiable bout of depression after Barry’s tinkering with the timeline inadvertently led to the death of his older brother, you can usually count on Cisco Ramone (played by Carlos Valdes) to breath a fresh air of optimism and joyfulness into The Flash — no matter how dire the situation.

Over the past two-and-a-half seasons, we’ve seen Cisco gradually evolve from a boyish genius to a powerful meta-human. And once he began developing his Vibe powers — which includes being able to open portals to other dimensions, look into the future, and sense the whereabouts of pretty much anyone — we knew it was only a matter of time before he got his own superhero suit.

That arrived this season when we vibed a future in which he fought Killer Frost. However, since his visions of the future always have a blue haze to them, we didn’t really get a proper look at it until he fought Gypsy. Not too surprising, the Vibe costume borrows heavily from the character’s look in DC’s New 52. He rocks a black leather jacket with bright red trim and big gold patches on his sleeves.

Below, check out concept art of Vibe’s costume that was illustrated by Andy Poon and designed by Maya Mani.

Barry (Grant Gustin) travels to the future to find out Savitar’s still unknown identity in the hopes of saving Iris (Candice Patton).Upon his arrival in 2024, Barry encounters future versions of his Team Flash friends, who, following the death of Iris, have become very different people, profoundly impacted by their showdown with Savitar. It will be up to Barry to infuse a sense of hope back into the team, as he proves to be hero his future friends have been waiting for. Meanwhile, back in 2017, the hunt for Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker) continues.

Tom Cavanagh directed the episode written by Carina Adly MacKenzie.
