Some people are speculating that The Joker may appear in Justice League because on Wednesday, Jared Leto arrived in London, and seeing as though the capital of England is only a mere 20 miles from Warner Bros. Studios, Leavesden, where Justice League is currently being filmed, its seems reasonable to believe the Suicide Squad star may have dropped in to film a scene. If he did, it must’ve been a brief cameo as Leto was spotted arriving in Los Angeles by the end of the day.

Okay. So if Leto’s Joker does appear in Justice League, what could we expect? Assuming he ends up in the same prison as Lex Luthor at the end of Suicide Squad, I would guess we’ll see him in a cell during Lex’s prison break, which was strongly hinted at by director Zack Snyder. Or perhaps, it is The Joker that helps break Lex out.

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy. Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat. But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroesโ€”Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flashโ€”it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

The film is being directed by Zack Snyder, based on a screenplay by Chris Terrio. The cast features Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, Ezra Miller as Barry Allen/The Flash, Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry/Aquaman, Ray Fisher as Victor Stone/Cyborg, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, J. K. Simmons as Commissioner James Gordon, and Amber Heard as Mera.

Justice League will open in theaters on November 17, 2017.
