Few DC characters are as popular as Harley Quinn, but what if there were a male version?

If you were ever curious what that would look like, wonder no more. Thanks to DC’s new Harley Quinn: Be Careful What You Wish For Special #1, we now know, and it might not be as amazing as Harley hoped for.
Spoilers incoming for Harley Quinn: Be Careful What You Wish For Special #1, so if you haven’t read the issue yet you’ve been warned.
Due to an over-aggressive plan to clean up the ocean (a bazooka was involved), Harley ends up underwater. While she’s down there she finds an antique lamp and manages to avoid death long enough to get a closer look at it. She discovers that a genie resides in the lamp, and now she has his wish-granting powers at her command. She has him perform a number of wishes, though most of those don’t turn out quite like she planned.
In any case, she gets the Genie to take her to a time before pollution and before wars, which turns out to be back in the stone age. It’s a beautiful place, but she needs someone to repopulate the Earth with, so she has him create a male modeled after her. The Genie does as she asks, and a man appears in front of her with similar boots, a red and black loincloth, and red and black hair just like Harley’s. They feel each other out for a bit (literally), and both discover they are starving.
Unfortunately, that presents a problem. The male Harley is just as dominant and bossy as the female Harley, and so the two end up arguing until they kiss. That doesn’t go as planned either though, and female Harley ends up punching male Harley out cold after he calls her a prude.
She then has her Genie turn male Harley into a partner that isn’t like her at all, but, well, he is quickly eaten by a bear.
