Wonder Woman is the very first female-led superhero film which will chronicle the origin story of Diana Prince from her time as an young Amazonian princess to her transformation into the most powerful superheroine on Earth.

Taghmaoui's character is being kept a complete secret, although in a previous interview with a French magazine Ultra he said that he would be playing a superhero in the film, although he couldn't provide more details about his role. Taghmaoui did note that he had to go through extensive physical training for the role.

He was spotted briefly in the secret Wonder Woman photo from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, where he was standing alongside Chris Pine and Ewen Bremner in 1918.

Before she was Wonder Woman, she was Diana, princess of the Amazons, trained to be an unconquerable warrior. Raised on a sheltered island paradise, when an American pilot crashes on their shores and tells of a massive conflict raging in the outside world, Diana leaves her home, convinced she can stop the threat. Fighting alongside man in a war to end all wars, Diana will discover her full powers and her true destiny.
