AMC has released a sneak preview of next week’s “Monster Swamp” episode of Preacher. They also put out a clip from it, featuring Cassidy trying to warn Jesse that he’s in danger. When apple-pipe smoking vampire brings up the “government agency clones,” Jesse dismisses it as nothing more than a drug-induced hallucination.

The episode’s official description reads: “Jesse makes Quincannon a bet he can’t refuse; and Cassidy works to fend off the angels. Meanwhile, Tulip tries to bring justice to Annville..”
Based on the popularcult comic book franchise of the same name, “Preacher” is a supernatural, twisted anddarkly comedic drama that follows a West Texas preacher named Jesse Custer, who isinhabited by amysteriousentitythat causes him to develop a highly unusualpower.
