League of Legends: Indepth Look at Pulsefire Caitlyn

After being leaked on social media, Pulsefire Caitlyn has jumped the line and is now available on the PBE. This all started when Surrender at 20 revealed the following video. After that, a teaser was released on one of League of Legends’ Facebook accounts. Since then, Riot owned up to it and started sharing more and more details with the public.

The latest details include the following as per Riot:

“On the hunt for Pulsefire Ezreal, a chrono fugitive, Pulsefire Caitlyn time travels to the modern world, where she doggedly continues her pursuit.”

Pulsefire Caitlyn will be 1820 RP (legendary!) and includes:

• New model and textures – Tactical and sleek! – She’s equipped with the latest weaponry!
• New particles – Digital technology that will have you hitting your target every time!
• New sound effects – Pew pew, pew pew pew!
• New animations – Complete with an evolving gun and hoverbike homeguard!
• New recall animation – Caitlyn timehops, always sporting the most stylish of hats for the time period.
• New VO script – The future’s only hope is in the barrel of my gun.”

The first thing that leaps off the page is the price of the skin. At 1820 RP, Pulsefire Caitlyn will not come cheap. While she’s going to be an investment, she looks to be worth it. While scrolling through our gallery, take a stop at the picture of the portals. Caitlyn doesn’t have just one recall animation, she has five! Another thing that Caitlyn fans should look out for is her riding her gun. Yep. Her gun transforms into a vehicle and having Homeguard will trigger this animation and you can come flying out of your base on your own weapon.
